About George Sampson

George William Sampson was born on the 29th June 1993. He is a street dancer from Warrington, England, and was the winner of the second series of Britain's Got Talent on 31 May 2008, aged 14. As a prize, he received £100,000 and the opportunity to perform at the 2008 Royal Variety Performance, staged at the London Palladium. He has since gone on to launch a DVD and single.
