About Ant and Dec

TV presenters Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly (both born 1975) have worked together since meeting on the children's drama series Byker Grove in 1990. The pair - as their Byker Grove alter egos PJ and Duncan - have had a number of UK chart hits. As presenters, Ant and Dec rose to fame on the Saturday morning shows SMTV Live and CD:UK. Since then, the Geordie duo have presented several reality TV programmes for STV, including Pop Idol, Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and Britain's Got Talent. They have also fronted gameshows in the UK and US.
