Terms and Conditions

By submitting your contribution you hereby grant STV a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide licence for us to use or authorise others to use your contribution in all media whether now known or hereinafter developed.

You also hereby waive any moral rights you may have in your contribution.

You warrant that your contribution is original to you and will at all times comply with the Content Standards in our Terms and Conditions.

You will indemnify us against all claims, losses and damages arising as a result of any breach of the above paragraph.

Your content must also be acceptable to us and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

By submitting you agree to STV using your contribution on all media platforms and you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
