19th May - Graham Maben spotted this tiny Primula Scotica (Scottish Primrose) while out and about in Westray, Orkney. The primrose is extremely rare and It's a tiny plant which blooms twice during the spring and summer and there are only 7 sites in existence where the flower grows - one of these being Aikerness on the north of Westray. You'll see from the next picture just how small it is.
