  What we’ll do
  Our aim is to solve any problem to your complete satisfaction, and our viewer enquiries team will try to do this as quickly as possible, or within 10 working days. Please note that if the complaint is complex it may take a little longer to resolve.  If the complaint is of the complex nature we’ll try to keep you regularly updated on its progress.
